Story: The station (sans Roy) enters the fireman's barber shop quartet. A man keeps having to be rescued while trying various ways to exercise which include:   falling off a cliff while riding his bike, falling in a ditch while jogging, and becoming trapped in his basement. A woman overdoses on sleeping pills.
