Story: Johnny and Roy consider trading cars. Dixie takes on hospital management after budget cuts affect her nursing staff. A frat pledge chokes during initiation. The station rescues a woman trapped in her car on the edge of an open drawbridge, and a famous basketball player is involved in a fender bender.   Dr. Early has the hiccups.

Goofs:  Watch Capt. Stanley trip over something on the other side of the squad in the background while the paramedics are helping Kareem.
